Co-Founded by table tennis coach Helen Wu, the GVPPS or Greater Vancouver Ping Pong Society is a relatively new club tucked into a small strip mall at #102 2909 Bainbridge Avenue at Lougheed Hwy. At first glance looking in through the window late on a cold night last December, the GVPPS facility is not large with only 6 tables, but it as we explored its programs and culture, the GVPPS appears to be a club with a big heart, much like the North Shore Table Tennis Society. Since the time of our visit, the GVPPS has kindly taken the time to submit details about the club via our “List Your Facility” form. Thanks for that! Meanwhile, we intend to drop by for a hit sometime soon to see the place in action.
